Welcome to the Ad Bard Network website, a service of Tag1 Consulting, Inc. Please read these Site Terms and Conditions before you use this website. By creating a user account, you agree to abide by the terms of this agreement and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you don’t agree to these terms, then you may not use this website or participate in the Ad Bard Network.
We may change the terms of this agreement from time to time. By continuing to use the website after we post any changes, you accept and agree to this agreement, as modified.
Data & Privacy: As a member of the Ad Bard Network, statistics collected about your website will be made available to advertisers on our network. As an advertiser on the Ad Bard Network, statistics collected about your advertisement will be made available to website owners on which the advertisement is displayed. Contact between member websites and advertisers will be done through the Ad Bard website. Under no circumstances will direct contact information for member websites or advertisers be given or sold to a third party. Credit Card information is handled by PayPal, and is not stored in our systems.
Registration: In order to use the Ad Bard Network, you must have a valid Ad Bard website ID. You agree to (a) immediately notify Ad Bard of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Ad Bard cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this. In consideration of use of the Ad Bard Network, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form, and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Ad Bard has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Ad Bard has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof). Users must be 18 years of age or older.
Supply: We are constantly working to increase the number of member websites participating in the Ad Bard Network. We are also constantly working on increasing the number of advertisers participating in the Ad Bard Network. As an Ad Bard Network member, we do not guarantee that there will always be paid advertisements to display on your website. As an advertiser on the Ad Bard Network, we do not guarantee that there there will always be relevant websites to display your advertisements on.
Contact: As an active Ad Bard Member, by default you will receive several emails a month. You can configure your account to receive less email, but we will always contact you if you are having any technical issues with the network, or if we run into any billing or payment problems. By creating your user account you are agreeing to let us contact you. We will not provide your contact information to third parties.
Guarantee: As an Ad Bard Network member or advertiser, your complete satisfaction is guaranteed. In the even that you are not satisfied with our services, we will work with you to rectify the situation.
Refunds: Ad Bard Network members do not pay anything to participate, so they do not qualify for refunds. Ad Bard Network advertisers can receive refunds for unused advertisements at their request. Advertisers have 30 days to review all clicks that are applied to their advertisements, and in the event that they find any duplicate clicks or other demonstratable inconsistencies (including clicks by known automated tools such as spiders or bots), those clicks will be refunded back into their account along with 5 bonus clicks for each verified inconsistency. If refunding payment, if initial payment was by Credit Card, then the refund will be made back to your Credit Card Company. If initial payment was by PayPal, then the refund will be made back to your PayPal account.
Payment: Ad Bard Network member websites do not pay to list their website. Ad Bard Network advertisers pay in advance for all advertisement campaigns. Each time an advertisement is clicked, 40% of the cost-per-click of the advertisement is assigned to the website account on which the advertisement was clicked, 40% of the cost-per-click of the advertisement is assigned to the account responsible for selling the advertisement, and 20% of the cost-per-click is assigned to the Ad Bard Network itself. Payments are received by our parent company, Tag1 Consulting, Inc. Payments are also made from our parent company, Tag1 Consulting, Inc.

Law and Jurisdiction: Contracts are governed by and has to be interpreted under the Law of Florida in the United States, and you agree that such contract will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Florida, US courts.
